EarlyCrow allows you to set Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly Deposit Limits and Loss Limits. You can set these limits at any time by accessing your account profile. At any-time, you can amend your limit(s) to be lower, however, you will not be able to increase this limit higher unless you wait for a period of seven (7) days first.
You can visit your profile page and update your limit now by [clicking here](https://EarlyCrow.bet/user/set-limits).
3. Multi Brand co-operation
Booki.com.au Pty Ltd -Responsible Gambling Process Across Brands
Booki.com.au Pty Ltd operates multiple licensed online wagering brands under a single Northern Territory wagering licence, including Betit, EarlyCrow and PonyBet. While each brand operates under its own trading name and platform, they share a common compliance framework, customer care standards, and responsible gambling policies.
As part of our commitment to responsible gambling, we have implemented clear measures across all Booki.com.au brands, however we are not liable for any losses incurred as a result of a customer deliberately attempting to avoid detection.
4. Account Closure
As an alternative to self-exclusion, you may request to close your account. This provides you with flexibility should you wish to re-open your account at any time. Remaining funds will be withdrawn and pending bets honoured and settled accordingly.
5. Self-Exclusion
In all instances set out below, if you choose to self-exclude from EarlyCrow, any remaining funds will be withdrawn to your most recent withdrawal method. Pending bets will be honoured and settled accordingly. You will not receive any further communications from EarlyCrow.bet from the time of your self-exclusion.
In all instances, for the period of your self-exclusion from EarlyCrow, you will not be able to:
* Open an account;
* Login to your account;
* Place bets;
* Make deposits; and
* Receive marketing messages.
4.1 Self-Exclusion directly via EarlyCrow.bet
If you feel the need for a break, EarlyCrow provides you with the ability to suspend your account access for a period of time (includes short break, long break or permanently). You can set this from within your EarlyCrow account page, or by contacting support at any time either via email [email protected], or via our contact page EarlyCrow.bet/content/contact.
Once you have requested to be self-excluded, your account with EarlyCrow.bet will be suspended for the period requested. During this period, your account cannot be reactivated for any reason. After that time has expired, you must make a formal written request to EarlyCrow.bet to reactivate your account.
Permanent Self-Exclusions – Applied Across All Brands
If you are permanently self-excluded from any Booki.com.au Pty Ltd operated brand (e.g. PonyBet), you will not be permitted to open or maintain an account with EarlyCrow or any other current or future brand operating under our Northern Territory wagering licence.
We take responsible gambling and self-exclusion seriously. If a permanently excluded individual attempts to bypass their exclusion by providing false or altered information, using alternate identities, or by any other means, we may:
· Immediately suspend or close the account once detected
· Take any further action deemed appropriate, including reporting the breach to relevant authorities
Booki.com.au Pty Ltd employs proactive detection measures to prevent this type of activity. However, we are not liable for any losses incurred where a customer has deliberately taken steps to avoid detection.
Long Breaks – Applied Across All Brands
A long break is defined as a voluntary self-exclusion period of six (6) months or more. If you have taken a long break with any Booki.com.au Pty Ltd operated brand (e.g. PonyBet or Betit or EarlyCrow), this restriction applies across all brands operating under our single Northern Territory wagering licence.
During your long break, you will not be able to open, access, or use any wagering account with Booki.com.au Pty Ltd or any of its associated brands.
If an individual attempts to bypass a long break by creating alternate accounts, providing false or misleading information, or using other methods, Booki.com.au Pty Ltd reserves the right to close the account and take appropriate compliance action.
We encourage customers to view a long break as a genuine commitment to taking time away from wagering. Our team will provide full support to any customer choosing this option across all Booki.com.au brands.
Internal cross-checks are conducted to ensure that when a long break is initiated with one brand, it is applied across all Booki.com.au Pty Ltd brands until the self-exclusion period has expired.
Temporary Restrictions – Brand only
Temporary responsible gambling tools such as:
· Short-term breaks
· Self-deactivation
· Deposit limits
These restrictions are applied individually per brand and do not automatically transfer between Booki.com.au Pty Ltd operated brands.
For example, if you set a short-term break or deposit limit on EarlyCrow, that restriction will not automatically apply to your PonyBet or Betit account or any other brand operated under the Booki.com.au Pty Ltd licence.
If you feel as though you may need to self-exclude, it is important that you properly consider the circumstances and consider also seeking professional help to help guide you through the process.
4.2 Self-Exclusion via the NT Government
You are able to apply for self-exclusion directly via the NT Government by clicking this link: [nt.gov.au/industry/gambling/gambling/self-exclusion-from-a-sports-bookmaker-or-betting-exchange-operator](https://nt.gov.au/industry/gambling/gambling/self-exclusion-from-a-sports-bookmaker-or-betting-exchange-operator). Here you may:
* Self-exclude, regardless of whether or not you are an existing member of EarlyCrow.bet; and
Self-exclude from all Australia online wagering service providers (*WSPs**) that are licensed by the NT Racing and Wagering Commission.
4.3 Self-Exclusion via the National Self-Exclusion Register (BetStop)
BetStop is the National Self-Exclusion Register for online wagering in Australia, which can be accessed at [www.betstop.gov.au.](https://www.betstop.gov.au). It is a free service that provides individuals the ability to self-exclude from all WSPs for a minimum of three (3) months. Once the individual has registered their self-exclusion period, they will not be able to open an account, login, make deposits, or place bets through any WSPs. Additionally, WSPs are not permitted to send direct marketing messages to self-excluded individuals.
Individuals register with BetStop and are verified as part of this registration process (by providing their First name, Last name, Residential Address, Date of Birth, and Contact Details - Email and Phone number). WSPs will then be required to check all customers against the BetStop register to determine whether the individual has self-excluded. If the WSP finds the individual has self-excluded, then the WSP will close the betting account as soon as practicable.
Once you register with BetStop, your account(s) will be closed immediately. All pending bets will stand, and any winnings will be paid into your account. Please email us at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) if you have any questions about your account closure or withdrawal of any funds remaining in your account.
BetStop accounts cannot be reactivated. If an individual wants to start gambling again at the end of their BetStop exclusion period, they will need to open a new betting account. If an individual has permanently self-excluded, they will not be able to create a new account.

5. Controlling Your Gambling
Most customers gamble within their means, however, for some it may prove to be more difficult. EarlyCrow.bet recommends that you consider the following when deciding on when and how much you gamble:
* Never chase your losses;
* Only gamble money that you can afford to lose;
* Monitor your time and keep track of money you spend;
* Always gamble in moderation. When it stops being fun, it’s time to reassess your motives for gambling;
* You can reduce your pre-commitment limits to align with your spending capacity. You can access these tools from within your EarlyCrow user profile;
* If you think that you have a problem, you can use our self-exclusion tools to restrict your access to EarlyCrow.bet for varying periods. You can access these tools from within your EarlyCrow account page; and
* EarlyCrow.bet provides you with monthly activity statements to assist you keeping track of your gambling. These statements can be accessed at any time through your account profile.
6. Problem Gambling
Problem gambling represents the difficulties an individual may experience in managing their gambling activity, particularly scope, frequency and expenditure on gambling.
If you are concerned about problem gambling and the impact it may be having on your life and wellbeing, then these are some important questions you should ask yourself:
* Does gambling prevent you from attending work or other engagements?
* Do you gamble to pass the time or to escape boredom?
* Do you gamble alone for long periods of time?
* Have others ever criticised you for your gambling?
* Have you lost interest in family, friends, or hobbies due to gambling?
* Have you ever lied to cover up the amount of money or time you spend gambling?
* Have you lied, stolen, or borrowed in order to maintain betting habits?
* Are you reluctant to spend 'gambling money' on anything else?
* Do you gamble until you lose all your money?
* After losing, do you feel that you must try and win back the losses as soon as possible?
* If you run out of money when gambling, do you feel lost and in despair and feel the need to gamble again as soon as possible?
* Do arguments, frustrations or disappointments make you want to gamble?
* Does gambling make you depressed or even suicidal?
If you answered yes to several of these questions, it’s more than likely you may be experiencing difficulties with gambling and should seek help.
7. Minors
It is prohibited by law for anybody under the age of eighteen (18) to signup, login or use any EarlyCrow.bet website for any reason. EarlyCrow.bet verifies the identify and age of all financial members (those who have deposited or placed a real-money bet) and may, in addition, also perform random age verification checks on an ongoing basis.
EarlyCrow.bet may from time to time ask you to provide age verification proof and/or suspend your account until such time as EarlyCrow.bet has satisfactorily verified your age.
